It's okay to have bad days. We all have them and we all need help from time to time - and that's okay. But let someone know. Regular chats about mental health are healthy. And they can help you reflect and understand why you feel like you do.

Some people with Depression can’t get out of bed. Some can. Some can’t keep a job. Some can. Some don’t have an appetite. Some do. Some self harm. Some don’t. Some are suicidal. Others aren’t. Depression looks different for everyone. Don’t judge what you don’t understand.
