The Filmcast or Dipcoat process consists of “dipping” a wire/mandrel in a polymer liquid and curing in an oven to deposit a microlayer of polymer. This is done repeatedly to build wall thickness of single material. Other materials and/or braid reinforcement can be easily added if needed to create a multilayer composite tube. @ConfluentMed
