#MyPropertyClaim All repairs completed to this water damaged property in Andover following burst pipe above the ceiling. This needed plasterboard replacing on stud walls and ceiling and we even had new wood flooring installed by @floor24ltd that looks great.

The insurer's surveyor initially repudiated this families claim in Elvetham Heath and so glad we managed to reverse the decision as the property suffered extensive water damage from upstairs flat leak.

Yes I've had similar cases with worst that comes to mind of around £1500 cash settlement offered for a G2 listed property in Hook. Final settlement was over £6.5k and insurer also had to pay for drying on top of this. Understating claims is not treating customers fairly.

This old bathroom had to be removed due to an escape of water under the floor. The elderly clients were struggling to use it so we replaced the bath with a walk in shower including easy to clean wall panels. We also received a nice letter from the customer praising the tradesmen
