@SkyUK promised WiFi in every room. Several calls & advised to upgrade twice. No change Pods sent. No change. Promised engineer & later told ‘sorry we don’t have them in NI we can do no more’ That’s it. Took our money. False advertising & no help. Disgusting
@SkyUK Over 700, 000 sky customers on the island of Ireland and we are told that there are no engineers in Northern Ireland. Someone is having a laugh ?!
@SkyUK takes several mins to download a page beside the router and no one from sky can help. Told us told upgrade to ultra fast and still no change. But again took our money ! Unacceptable behaviour. Will seek advice.

A shocking example of the kind of dehumanising language that can be found in professional reports. We must strive to guard against such negative and ableist judgements. If we wouldn’t want to read this about ourselves, we should consider how clients would feel about these words. – at Belfast, Northern Ireland
