It was beautifully done and terribly sad

I meant to write ‘It’s weird’!

Hello Courtney, Would you like to write a story or feature an usual book? See instagram @dbmrb_book for the book details. A Vietnam War fictional memoir, Don’t Break My Rice Bowl by late author Robert H. Dodd. The manuscript was rediscovered in lockdown. I’m a co-author. ☺️

Would you like to add one more? Don’t Break My Rice Bowl by Robert H. Dodd, a Vietnam War story that has beaten all the odds to exist. 💕

Not weird. I would have unplugged it too.

Louise, lovely to meet you yesterday (I’m the co-author of Don’t Break My Rice Bowl). I’m now reading your book and enjoying it. I’m also on Instagram @dbmrb_book if you exist over there! Perhaps my late father’s Vietnam story would make a good read for your husband. Patricia R.

Hi David, I wondered if you might check your direct messages. I wanted to ask you about my late father’s book Don’t Break My Rice Bowl by Robert H. Dodd. I’m co-author Patricia Rykiel. It’s historical fiction/creative non-fiction, Vietnam War story with added layers & LBJ letter.

Would you like to review Don’t Break My Rice Bowl by the late Robert H. Dodd? I’d be honoured, Patricia Rykiel, Roberts’s daughter. It’s a Vietnam war adventure story that in many ways mirrors the author’s life. (the publisher has a book page on Instagram @dbmrb_book)
