[Changelog: v0.5.10] The Open Book multisig will be performing a program update by Monday, 12/19 UTC 12:00. The significant changes are: - 99.9% of fees are paid out to makers & GUIs - 2 fee tiers: STABLE (1bps) & BASE (4bps) - no more fee discounts for SRM & MSRM holders

Update: The Compendium Foundation has moved $CMFI/USDC liquidity to @orca_so for the time being. We are currently monitoring the situation to provide the safest and best choice for redepositing $CMFI / $SOL liquidity.

The Compendium Foundation is temporarily withdrawing $CMFI / $USDC / $SOL liquidity from Raydium in response to the recent exploit. It seems like the attacker gained access to keys used to collect fees from LP pools and authority has since been halted. 1/2
