People need to stop rolling over and start asking questions about @boltplus $BOLT move to @0xPivotal Now @ladyxtel has stepped back from BOLT and moved over to PIVOTAL. Here are the facts and concerns. 1) Christel originally made it clear that a swap will happen in summer last year, and will be carried out before EOY - didn’t happen. 2) They said it will be a fair swap and valued 1:1 against the FDV - So, here is the problem. At this point, BOLT was 4m mc but what’s happened since is they’ve delisted the token from KuCoin the main exchange which was still doing 100k+ volume, so no the volume wasn’t dead. 3) As the value of BOLT drops, the FDV value in which you’ll get for the swap Tokens decreases, depending on the price they decide to launch the token at, and who’s even to say they’ll do the swap before the token launch! 4) $BOLT was trading at 10m mc in May, and ever since the news of Pivotal it’s tanked to now 900k mc. 5) The issue we all have is that they won’t confirm the swap ratio to the $PIV tokens, which means based on FDV is they decide to launch PIV at 5m mc then you’ll get 1 PIV to every 5 BOLT! 6) Now, the only reason the value of the token has tanked is because of the teams decisions and uncertainty around what the token swap value will be. 7) They have lost trust in every single one of the community. They urged everyone to take their tokens onchain, emphasising how great the swap to $PIV will be and said how it’s sooo close, this was September last year. 8) We’ve now been told it will be another 6 months MAX (which i doubt again) until they swap over holders. 9) What is CRAZY to me is how Christel thinks you can just DROP a token like that which was trading at 10m mc, completely change course of direction and not think you need to honestly every single token holder the value of the token before you said you’re doing the swap! 10) By coming out and saying that you’ve left BOLT and the token won’t be used… you’re purposely devaluing its market presence. 11) Do you understand what you’re doing to your community? I see NO community anymore with $BOLT or $PIV it’s a ghost town because everyone is waiting to hear how you’re going to ‘reward bolt holders’ like you’re said multiple times over the last 6 months which I’ve got many print screens of. 12) if you think rewarding BOLT holders of long term is by ditching the project and offering them a SHIT swap ratio on your new fancy project then you’re never going to have any credibility and people won’t stop slamming your project: all I see is frustrated people, do you even care about your community? Because from what I see you’re all talk, and then seem to forget who has supported you over the years. 13) You need to start listening to your holders and stop with this awful level of ignorance like you can’t give some positive news around the swap details! If you actually come out and say how the BOLT holders will be rewarded you do get that you’ll have an army of happy investors who will support your every turn? You’re killing your own dream.

$BOLT - If they’re merging a token, before even considering a merge they should know how they’re going to do it, tokenomics and time frames (They know $PIV is 500m Full circulating) They’ve delisted us (BOLT) from its main exchange and caused the price to tank, there is no liquidity and basically fucked the token royally in anticipation that it’s getting swapped (soon)… promised a merge that’s now 12months later than schedule, without any certainty on the ratio of the swap! But, it will be a 1-1 FDV… yeah of course because it BOLT goes to 100k mc and they’re launching PIV at 5M FDVthen it’s 100-1 with adjustments for the 1B to 500m tokens, and of course they want that to happen! And this is how it looks based on their actions! If this isn’t their intent then they need to speak up and actually be open with their community! How can’t you see this is how bad it looks? Then you come out with comments saying how you’re not obliged to do a merge! So why the heck delist us in the first place. It’s not rocket science, but you need to understand the damage you’re doing to people’s lives and people who trusted you.

What’s even going on… You have a lot of uncertain and worried investors now (seriously you do). Pivotal and Bolt are now completely different projects and she’s merging BOLT to PIV by choice and didn’t have too by obligation? Sorry, $BOLT holders that are defending this consistently… how is this transparent? All I’ve seen is how high energy tweets about the merge from $BOLT to $PIV and how it’s the next best thing. I bought into @ladyxtel and her information she’s sharing and now this is being put out, and bought into her energy. You’ve seriously screwing over your community base and I can share 10s of concerned comments with you. Something needs to change, I have lots of tweets saved sharing how BOLT and PIV are one and how the swap will be the next BEST thing, but you’re here telling the community you’re doing this out of the goodness of your heart? NO! - You would be a scammer if you didn’t allow the swap. You can’t associate tokens together, to encourage people to go on chain and how you’re rolling out the merge now and then come out with a comment like this and stall it for another 6 months. You’ve delisted BOLT from its main exchange, because a swap is happening! So you can’t say how they’re separate tokens and you didn’t have too, otherwise why the hell have you delisted from its main exchange and caused an absolutely disgusting 95% drop in price to 800k mc from 15m I’m furious! What a joke! You need to address @0xPivotal

So, $BOLT owner @ladyxtel is now hiding comments because they’re moving goal posts back and back. Don’t hide comments and avoid confrontation - This looks BAD. Simply asked why you keep moving the dates back. You’re leaving your investors who banked on $BOLT in complete unknown ground! Stop over promising to the community!
