We are visiting @BoxerProperty in #Houston this week. They are generous with their time and opening every corner of their office to us and the other visitors.

One of the main sessions of #TREF17 is on #citybuilding. This is going to be an exciting discussion!

“If we don’t deal with the issue of supply, regulations will be temporary fixes” Benjamin Tal tells audience “we are underestimating demand and keep asking ‘who will be living here’...immigration is at record high & we have an army of young people leaving basements soon” #TREF17

We are at #TREF17 over the next two days. It’s a sold out event with a great line up of speakers.
