Nice little Hyrox session
with the misses today ! #CompFitStrong #HyroxTraining
Blessed to be training one of the Top and Fastest RB’s in the state for class of 2027 @HeilmannBrock. One of the fastest laser times on a 5-10-5 we have on record 4.18 !!🔥🔥

Happy to be working with Max @MaxMoore_7 Getting his measurables ready for all of his football camps coming up this summer. In the short time we have been working, already have his 10 meter fly down from 1.5/1.8 to 1 flat and have his 5-10-5 down as well. CompFit fast! – at Tulsa, OK
Happy and Blessed to be working and welcoming @Bradenschwick as a CompFit athlete. He’s currently ranked #6 Linebacker in the state according to @PrepRedzoneOK. I’d watch out for Braden with his hard work and dedication. He won’t stay no.6 for long. CompFitStrong! CompFitFast!
Excessive heat warning 105 temp, no problem for us. That’s when real work gets done, UCO track, 2 college baseball players, and a very old trainer sled sprinting 60 and 30 today. Love how @Brannon1420 uses his manners and says ladies first haha 😂
Sure glad Audra and I make these boys look even taller than they are 😂 @AlexGantz3 @EU_Baseball @BeebyBrandt @EOSC_Baseball @Brannon1420 @ConnorsBaseball @2lanemann5 @nwosufootball Excited to see their success at the next level. Gonna miss these boys! CompFit College Prep 💪🏽
The heavy lifting and the PR at the gym were great but this is the highlight of my day. Frozen Let It Go ❤️😁
It’s amazing to see the growth of the Tulsa Noah Jaguars @NOAH_Football23 Lift-A-Thon we do every summer. Pulled up the top 5 from 2020 and top 5 from today. Amazing growth and accomplishments by this team! Looking forward to this season!
CompFit strong 💪🏽💯
