@mets - difference between very good & really lousy organizations: the winners let young pitchers work through growing pains; to throw 95 pitches hoping they can turn into the next Wheeler or Scherzer. For 10 yrs the Mets have only coddled. All of this losing is so well earned
@mets - another day, another young pitcher lifted after 80 pitches. No wonder these guys never grow from year to year. They are never asked to dig deeper.

Went to a funeral yesterday. Guy served his country; worked hard; saved; paid his mtg; raised kids to be solid citizens; paid for their educations. Emptied the tank with his selflessness a& devotion to family.
No one puts up statues for guys like this, yet it's men (and women) like this that are the starch of this country. They put on the pads every day, worked, saved, & sacrificed for their family & the greater good. They answered the bell every day - without expectations of fanfare.
I'm not there yet, but some #CRE bigs see an office bounce coming.

Contrarian #CRE thoughts after a rough week: Before 4/2, vol had been way up. But we learned last week that the March @LightBoxRE CRE Activity Index represented a 30-month high. Buyers & lenders ignored the Q1 noise. That suggests perhaps CREcan be a safe harbor post 4/2….
