Prophecy, divine intervention, fate - whatever you call it, LOUD had it during this event.
An incredible story and achievement for the players and organisation. I have a feeling this might be just the start of @erdeatovich’s legacy 🏆
I personally think that Chronicle is already the greatest player VALORANT has ever had, but it’s understandable if you have someone else as the GOAT.
But if he wins today… there’s no argument.
(and if you say ‘he’s never been the best player on his team’, see Champs 2021)
Only two players taking the stage today have made it to a Global Grand Finals before. #VALORANTChampions

GRAND FINAL HERE WE COME!
Honestly, short of words right now. But this team is insane.
We booked our tickets to the VCT Champions Shanghai Grand Final and we will make sure to give it our all.
now time to rest and go again.
see you tomorrow.🐝
Also ggwp @d00mbr0s you guys are insane and an international winner for a reason. So much respect for you and the team ❤️
Anything to watch my boy @Bangovic1337 win a world championship. Hoping for an incredible game tomorrow with a #VITWIN in map 5💛🐝
SO happy that we got this final between Vitality and LOUD!
- Derke/Chron vs. LOUD once again (lock//in vibes)
- EMEA's last hope surviving until the end
- Past vs. Future of VALORANT
- Chronicle 3rd Champs final
...and so much more. TOMORROW WILL BE PEAK!!!
ONE WIN FROM HOISTING THE TROPHY
@TeamVitalityVAL are Grand Finalists at #VALORANTChampions Shanghai!
The parallels between the first and last Champions of the partnership era are so cool to see.
• Similar stage design
• Anthems have same vibes (mashup PLEASE)
• LOUD back in the top 3
• Derke/Chron top 4 again
• NA team on a ‘last dance’ run
Going to miss this era!!!
From possibly the most scuffed podcast ever to Champions Shanghai - each on our different paths, but here all the same.
Couldn’t have picked better friends to have all the way through my journey in esports.
@Bangovic1337 @Bo_Hoogland 💛
Maybe he could team up with Chronicle? Take him off IGL, bring in an experienced player like… Redgar? Add a few more veteran players, like Sheydos and d3ffo, and you might have a decent team…
i miss gambit ok😭
LFT for the 2027 VCT season 🐼
I’m still in talks with Team Liquid, but they’ve also given me permission to explore my options for next year.
Main roles: IGL / Sentinel
Open to opportunities across all VCT regions.

If I don’t hear the Ticking Away/Sun Burns Out Tonight mashup during the opening ceremony……
they’re literally in the same key!! basically written for it
Champions Shanghai is about to be absolute cinema.
The #VALORANTChampions Opening Ceremony lineup:
💥 Grabbitz
💥 Oli Sykes
💥 Courtney LaPlante
💥 keshi
💥 Nana Ouyang
Wolves and FPX missing out is a little surprising, but it’s exciting to see Weibo in here.
I feel like most of the Chinese teams were obvious, but am very interested to see who makes it in Americas, EMEA and Pacific!

🇺🇸 G2 BABYBAY on returning to the Mercedes-Benz Arena, two years after casting the Masters Shanghai Grand Finals:
"Honestly, with our first tournament that we played in the off-season, we won it, it was the Red Bull Home Ground. And it was against international teams.
So I think we all knew that the potential was there.
JoshRT wouldn't have brought me on if he thought I was going to be a bum.
This is what was always promised, us making deep runs like this in tournaments.
It took all year long, but who cares? This is all that matters.
It's Champs time, baby. Let's get this sh*t. Let's go."
Q: Any words for the people who doubted you after Santiago?
"I love you"
(via @CommendYT)
It’s so satisfying to watch a player fulfil their potential in real time.
Watching him lose last year was so hard because I didn’t know if he would ever become the player it was clear he could be.
And now he has!
Please keep inspiring us @loud_lukxo!
