Thanks @BBCr4today for a trip down memory lane. The @TheRealGruffalo was the first & only book I had when my eldest child started enjoying books 17 yea ago! Playing with those rhymes & language was a lot of fun, as my child asked me to read the story 15-20 times in a row!

Today #youandyours talked about receiving letters and parcels and spoke about the frustrating experience of making complaints. Glad to hear reference to the challenges this presents for the older population and other vulnerable groups.
