Our hearts are with the people of Colombia. 🇨🇴
A 7.4-magnitude earthquake – the strongest to hit the country this century – has torn through communities across western Colombia, claiming hundreds of lives and injuring thousands more. Homes have been destroyed, hospitals and schools have collapsed, and entire towns are now searching for missing loved ones amid the rubble.
Hispanic Federation, is partnering with @Fos_Feminista, to support @Orientame and @unimedicosmed, who are working to provide urgent healthcare and support to affected communities.
We have launched the Ayuda a los Pueblos: Colombia Disaster Relief Fund to support immediate relief and long-term recovery. Hispanic Federation and the Miranda Family Fund are matching the first $50,000 in donations, doubling the aid that you can provide to Colombia.

This past weekend, CRC welcomed the Mobile Consulate of Guatemala, providing passports, certificates and other consular services to more than 250 Guatemalan citizens. Thank you to everyone who helped bring these essential services closer to our community!
Despite the rain, community members joined us to learn about written rental agreements, the essential parts of a lease, tenant and landlord responsibilities, and important warning signs to look for before signing.
