I keep seeing the narrative “Jane Doe consented to the first threesome but the next four men raped her.”
This is FALSE, per the evidence.
According to Jane Doe’s own sworn statement to police (which she made with a victim advocate and Title IX investigator present), she never even alleges that Male 5, Male 6 or Male 7 even had sex with her, let alone rape.
This is what she describes:
Willingly participated in a threesome with Male 1 and Male 2. She consented. She told police she agreed to it. She later texted Male 1 that she enjoyed being with “him and matt.”
Some sort of group sex activity with Male 2 and Male 3 (after Male 3 came into the room and Male 1 fell asleep). No indication from Jane Doe’s statement of sex without consent. When Male 1 proposed a foursome, she said “hell no” and that didn’t happen.
Another threesome with Male 1 and Male 4. No indication of lack of consent or the ability to consent. She reported that she said to Male 1 “what happened to just you and me?” Which means she was coherent and speaking. When she said she was tired and wanted to go to sleep, they stopped.
Nowhere is there even the allegation from JANE DOE HERSELF that Male 5, Male 6, or Male 7 ever had sex with her.
The only reported contact between her and Male 7 was Jane Doe claimed he kissed her without asking and she pushed him away. That’s not rape though.
Likewise she describes Male 2 reaching for her vagina while they were kissing and pushing his hand away. Also not rape.
As for snorting ketamine off her body, she reported that she said yes (ie consented).
So no, given the totality of evidence available, the narrative that “Jane Doe consented to a threesome but the next four men raped her” is false.

“Johnny B. Goode” was originally released by Chuck Berry in 1958 and became one of the foundational anthems of rock and roll. In 1995, Berry performed the classic alongside Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at the inaugural concert celebrating the opening of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio. The performance brought together one of rock and roll's founding figures with one of the artists who had been deeply influenced by his music, creating a remarkable meeting between two generations of rock.
The collaboration had an especially meaningful history behind it. More than two decades earlier, in 1973, a young Springsteen and his band had actually served as Berry's backing band at a concert at the University of Maryland's Cole Field House in College Park. Berry arrived without a rehearsal or soundcheck, leaving Springsteen and the band to improvise their way through a set of Berry classics. The 1995 performance therefore brought the two artists together again on a much larger stage, with Springsteen returning to the role of backing musician for one of his most important rock and roll influences.

Gracias! 😛
