ACL recovery update. 4 1/2 months since surgery - PT with trainer 2x a week - 3-4 runs a week - Total PT lifting 4x - Have been running and jumping for 3 weeks now. - Able to shoot threes full form with no problem for 1 1/2 weeks - zero setbacks through it all!!
