I don’t care who our next HC is as long as they bring accountability and toughness. We’ve been lacking that for so damn long. Our culture is a joke. You don't see GM firings mid season often but the direction of the Colts is pretty clear and there's no way a GM on his last life will sell veterans ahead of the trade deadline
If you don't fire Ballard right now any other firing will seem pointless
