Setting the scene for today's event @ColletteCass97 outlines what the #YouthPeaceSummit2024 is all about, reflecting on what peace meant in 1998 compared to 2024.
What do we want?
An inclusive peace plan that brings in the voice of young people!
When do we want it?
Now!

Finishing up for a few days off for Easter. As a note, don’t know many in the student movement who aren’t going through it a bit after a very hectic 9 months in these roles.
They’re all incredible people doing fairly thankless & emotionally heavy work. Appreciate them please 🌸

Just out of meeting w/ student union & @NUS_USI reps where we discussed serious issues facing students in this pandemic like exploitative housing contracts & uni fees, mental health, anxiety & poverty.
Issues well put by @ColletteCass97 from Derrylin.
