No top club is winning now without a squad that works very hard and is well-drilled by a top tactician. If they don't pivot and do the right thing, they will remain behind Barca and other top European clubs, and for them to become a force again, a lot of their big players may have to be sacrificed. The earlier they realise this, the better for them.
