Good win for Newcastle today against an average Palace side. Remarkably now 7th having had some horrendous performances during the season so far. Hopefully Jaissle’s methods are beginning to work and the players will become more accustomed to the way he wants to play. #NUFC

If we keep conceding terrible goals like this we will be in deep 💩 come the end of the season. Just terrible. 😞

Impromptu layover in Dubai last night after our Emirates flight from Colombo 🇱🇰 was late and we missed our connecting flight. Super hot as ever in August. I always said I would never visit there in the summer. Oops. 😬 🇦🇪 #Dubai

Surreal evening watching Newcastle at our beautiful beach resort hotel on the east cost of Sri Lanka in their library, air conditioned, butler service, dinner and the game in Hindi. The only normal thing was we conceded a late goal and snatched a draw from the jaws of victory!

Same old Spurs. Hard not to titter. Yes it’s the first game but they look so dysfunctional it’s untrue. Tonali must be ruing his money grabbing move. Or maybe not….? 💸 💰

Argentina absolutely shamed Messi this evening. Awful behaviour especially at full time. Spain hugely deserved to win. Argentina brought nothing. Gutted we lost to them due to poor tactics in the last 30 mins the other night! #VamosEspaña #worldcupfinal #ESPARG

Points and net spend the last three years 💰 📈 Aston Villa - 199 / £14m Newcastle - 175 / £110m Tottenham - 145 / £528m But of course, #AVFC and #NUFC fans know their place by now inews.co.uk/sport/football/t…
Tottenham's spending is an insult to Aston Villa and Newcastle

Replying to @GNRailUK
@GNRailUK - the temperature on the 22.24 from Kings Cross to Kings Lynn is almost unbearable. No air conditioning and no announcement advising there is no cooling. Not good enough.

@GNRailUK it’s disappointing that you didn’t see fit to respond to this. The train was horrendous last night. Lots of pretty stressed customers.

Goodness me. Starmer has well and truly lost the plot. What a bizarre bit of footage 😳

Incredible game at the Hill Dickinson. Huge performance from Everton who really deserved the win. City never know when they’re beaten but it’s clearly advantage Arsenal now! #EPL #EVEMCY

Excellent afternoon at @camrufc. A real shame we couldn’t quite hang on for the win against @DoncasterKnight but a 12-12 draw shows good progress.
