Let's talk about the post calling Russia weak.
Vietnam was smaller than Ukraine. Shorter borders. US had total air superiority. Still lost.
Iraq and Afghanistan took twenty years and trillions of dollars. Both governments collapsed immediately after US withdrawal.
But Russia's supposed to win against NATO's entire industrial base backing Ukraine in three years? On a front wider than the entire US-Mexico border?
Different standards for different countries.
Here's the part that drives me crazy: When Russia fought in Chechnya and Georgia, Western media screamed about brutality. Too harsh. War crimes. Excessive force against civilians.
Now in Ukraine, same media says Russia's too slow. Too weak. Why aren't they winning faster?
Both can't be true.
What actually changes things: Eastern Ukraine is full of Russian speakers. Mixed families. Shared history. General Syrskyi leading Ukrainian forces is literally Russian. Born in Russia. Military trained in Russia. Brother still lives there.
That connection exists throughout the region where the fighting happens. Family ties. Cultural overlap. Language.
Russia doesn't want to destroy cities full of people they consider brothers. That's not weakness. That's restraint.
Russia could fight that way if they wanted. Level everything. Move fast. Accept civilian casualties as necessary.
They're not. And that choice gets spun as military incompetence instead of what it is: not wanting to kill people you're related to.
The war is still brutal. People still die. But pretending Russia fights with no restraint is propaganda designed to justify more Western escalation.

We are involved in a completely unnecessary war in Europe where little has been accomplished except for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of mainly young men and another unnecessary war in the Middle East that is now well past its worn out date.
Stop these foreign policy disasters while we still can and turn back toward getting America back on a set of strong legs. We still have time, but not much.
The very issues that a majority of Americans care about are not being addressed, the consequences of which can cause a mid-term election outcome to become a windfall for the rise of Communism and Islamism inside of these United States.
God help those of you under the umbrella of war with no ability to make decisions for yourselves other than duck and cover, and may God help us here in America where we are about to face a trial of decision as to which form in the road we will take.
