I don’t even want to vote for Kamala, but it’s so fucking rich the same people who threw temper tantrums over “RigGed PRimAries” and “stop shoving candidates down our throats!” Insist on picking and choosing who can run in an open primary.
A second year college student asked @ellisaslotkin and the panel:
"Who's going to tell her. Someone has to tell Kamala Harris not to run."
Wow. Just wow.
Seeing the latest data, it feels like we’re at the final breaking point. *Another* fall overrun with illness where you can’t hind behind “But the Adults are in charge! They’d warn us of something was wrong.” The Bar Mask story felt like it was trying to get in front of the spiral
It was so obvious that they’d play this card in October, I genuinely can’t believe anyone believed gas prices would stay up long enough to help sway the election.

But I saw people asking if I have a place people can donate to so I made this

We need Dems to lock the fuck in and use this as the means to restore public health. The face of the anti-vax movement is experimenting with bio weapons. Call out these eugenicists, strengthen vaccine mandates and pour money into disease mitigation again.
At some point, it’s not even about policy or approach to social problems. It’s that a subset of Dems can’t help but sounds like giggling goosesteppers anytime they talk about “improving” cities and that freaks the rest of us out.
Believe it or not, this attack genuinely works on a lot of moderate voters.
It's not nearly as simple as that, obviously. Plenty of Democrats run their cities well, and plenty of Democrats oppose permissiveness toward quality-of-life crimes and antisocial behavior.
But many large cities, especially those on the West Coast like L.A. and San Francisco, spent about a decade controlled by people who felt that permissiveness toward lawbreaking was a sort of handout to the poor, that any attempt to clean up filth and tent camps and stop people sleeping under smelly coats on subways was some sort of war on urban character.
That's changing now. Democrats are purging a lot of these kinds of people from local government. But it did HUGE damage to the Democratic Party brand and gave Republicans ammunition.
I just want everyone to remember the mass hysteria of the last two days when people say Josh is coddled by the media.
I decided to dig if Josh Allen has a late- game problem when trailing by 7, tied or in OT.

Just makes me so much madder the Spurs blew it. Last year really was the Knicks only chance and I was this close to dying peacefully without seeing a New York championship.
Karl-Anthony Towns doesn’t expect an extension to get done before the season, thought it would be easy after winning the title.

You spend your life rooting for the Bills because you know one day it’ll all be worth it. Every blown lead. Every ruined Sunday.
All building toward that one perfect moment when they finally find a new way to lose in the playoffs that you hadn’t even considered before.
Imagine seeing the way things are going and thinking “Time Rehabilitate Watson! Clearly, that’s the vibe the country wants”

The way "cuck chair" has gotten so ingrained in the cultural consciousness is really odd, really pornbrained. It's a normal chair in the hotel room for you to sit in
I really do encourage people to go back and actually watch the Renaissance Disney films, because there’s this weird ahistorical idea that they weren’t stuffed to the gills with pop culture references and gags (even before Aladdin). Hell, even Pinocchio has 30’s jazz references!

I can already hear this sniveling little pus make his “Return to coaching” announcement now that he doesn’t need to compete financially.

actually we were pretty hopeful about this at first. if people would’ve just worn masks and distanced a little longer transmission wouldn’t have exploded. I personally would love to reach fauci’s safe benchmark of 10k new cases per day but we have never once gone under 100k
This was always the endgame of “when will I use any of this in my real life?” If you give up on knowledge for enrichment in favor of knowledge for practicality, you’ve been advocating for company towns.
