My short film Escape the Usual will be available to stream across Canada via @cbcgem starting March 4, 2024 and it’s impossible to articulate how insane that is for me to type out.

What are you talking about? The only Canadians who watched this already voted for Pierre. He’s not going to be Prime Minister—not now, not ever.
Pierre Poilievre earns the respect of Canadians for keeping it 'classy' on Joe Rogan podcast nationalpost.com/news/canada…

Alright yall, I’m done. Best of luck with everything.
FIRST LOOK: Val Kilmer has been resurrected via AI to star in the new movie "As Deep as the Grave." Kilmer was cast in the movie in 2020, five years before his death. But he was too sick amid his throat cancer battle to ever make it to set. Now an AI version of the actor is appearing in the film, with the full blessing of his daughter, Mercedes: "He always looked at emerging technologies with optimism as a tool to expand the possibilities of storytelling. This spirit is something that we are all honoring within this specific film, of which he was an integral part.” “He was the actor I wanted to play this role,” says writer-director Coerte Voorhees. “It was very much designed around him. It drew on his Native American heritage and his ties to and love of the Southwest... His family kept saying how important they thought the movie was and that Val really wanted to be a part of this. He really thought it was important story that he wanted his name on. It was that support that gave me the confidence to say, okay let’s do this. Despite the fact some people might call it controversial, this is what Val wanted.” wp.me/pc8uak-1lH1PI

At 35 I’m looking forward to being an old man because for a significant portion of my life I didn’t think I’d even make it to 30.
Millennials still in the full on denial stage of acknowledging our aging, but we are going to see a legendary crash-out in the next few years

Back in 2008 a couple buddies and I smoked some salvia behind the school during lunch then had to watch a documentary about Ebola afterwards. This is nothing new.

Coming up on two years nicotine free and no matter what I do I’m forever 10 lbs heavier and still crave a cigarette almost daily
i quit smoking in 2004 and regularly think about having a cigarette if you ever wonder what nicotine's claws are like.

When I was a kid I saved a friend of mine from drowning. In his desperation to survive he kept trying to push me under water. Sometimes I feel like this happened to me that day.
🚨: Quantum Immortality suggests that you can’t die, because every time you “die,” you shift into a universe where you survived

Anybody remember when David Krumholtz was spilling tea left, right and centre on this app then realized he over shared and disappeared forever?

I believe that if you’re going to be a filmmaker, your entire life should be dedicated to the arts as a whole. You should have rudimentary knowledge about all facets, but focus on your favourites. Cinema is the cumulation of all the arts—the more well-versed you are, the better.
i think cinephiles should extend their interest in painting/graphic arts/sculpture. all the things that leave your jaw open in films are usually inspired by art history. study study study

This guy was just congratulating Trump on invading Venezuela a week ago, btw.
It is unacceptable for the U.S. to seize the territory of a sovereign country, including by threatening tariffs on other NATO countries. Greenland is part of the Kingdom of Denmark and we support its territorial integrity. Conservatives support NATO and Canada’s obligations as a NATO member. Canada should strengthen the NATO alliance and rebuild our own forces in the Arctic to combat threats also coming from China and Russia and to protect our seas, skies and soil.
