WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MIDWIVES DARE GO AGAINST THE NHS? 19 September 2017 — Qualified as a midwife. 21 October 2021 — Raised my first formal grievance. 2021–2022 — Raised a further three grievances. 7 February 2024 — Resigned after years of raising concerns. March 2024 — Threatened by a Director that “whistleblowers go missing.” March 2024 — Publicly accused of killing a baby. I did not kill that baby. April 2024 — Further defamatory statements made about me killing a baby, June 2024 — GDPR/data protection breach by University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. July 2024 — Malicious referral made about me to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). July 2024 — Received threatening legal correspondence from Bevan Brittan solicitors. February 2025 — Further defamation re killing a baby. February 2025 — Devon and Cornwall Police attended my home following an accusation of harassment. I categorically deny that I harassed anyone. March 2025 — High Court defamation proceedings. Aug 2025 — High Court proceedings concerning the GDPR/data protection breach. November 2025 — A colleague was referred to the NMC. I was named within that referral and defamed again. By the same individual as my previous NMC referral. I qualified to care for women and babies. I raised concerns because that was my professional duty. LOOK AT WHAT FOLLOWED. Grievances. Resignation. Threats. Defamation. Regulatory referrals. Solicitors’ letters. A data breach. Police at my home. Damage to my career and professional reputation. Years spent chasing documents, evidence and answers. And now — the High Court. People constantly ask: “WHY DON’T NHS STAFF SPEAK OUT?” Perhaps we’re asking the wrong question. WHAT HAPPENS TO NHS STAFF WHO DO SPEAK OUT? What message does this send to the next nurse, midwife, doctor or healthcare professional who witnesses something they believe is unsafe? Stay quiet and protect yourself? Or speak up and risk everything? I chose to speak. I will not be frightened into silence. Every document. Every referral. Every letter. Every statement. Every piece of evidence. LET THE COURTS SEE IT. This is bigger than me. Whistleblowers must be able to raise concerns without fearing the destruction of their careers, livelihoods and reputations for daring to speak. @ArturNadol7566 @KenZeroHarm @YvetteCooperMP @andyburnham @Simonekatz4tay @BarbarasBack

Women have reached a fanaticism bordering on dementia. A form of general mental weakness, decrepitude, and total inability to reason has spread quietly and is just now bubbling up to the surface. The true depraved nature of many has been exposed over the last years, especially in the many who are supporting Lindsay Clancy and other villains while disregarding actual victims we should be hardwired instinctually to protect. We have normalized insanity for years online and in the media... I believe we have trained women into a mass state of extreme foolishness, chaos, and irrationality. The trash that has gone in is coming out.. and it is rotten. If they are too demented to understand or read documents, process evidence and moral reality, or to have grounded unaffected reactions to serious situations that call for active justice to be served, it may be time that we need to begin to evaluate every person's ability to retain the legal capacity to make independent decisions about the future of our society.

By the grace of God I have three sons three daughters one grandson and four granddaughters. Andy Burnham will not take a single one of them for his clapped out Airfix-glued together armed forces in a NATO War against Russia. That’s a promise. No to NATO No to War. No Conscription. @WorkersPartyGB

One of the strangest developments of my lifetime is that saying something obviously true can now be considered more offensive than saying something obviously false. Institutions and media organisations that lose the ability to distinguish truth from ideological “kindness” eventually lose public trust.

Weird how the people outraged by the "hounding" of Jason Arday delight in and encourage the actual hounding of the person who exposed him. Arday was not fired from his job or denied employment opportunities. On the contrary, he was given and retained jobs for which he was not qualified and was rightly criticised for lying. Cofnas, on the other hand, is actually being denied jobs and fired from them for bring Arday's lying to light.
I was just suspended by Ghent University. They will almost certainly fire me. The decision was made by rector Petra De Sutter, a former leader of the Green Party.

Extracts from article in Spectator 16th August by Brendan O’Neill: Behold the human wreckage of the cult of diversity. The tragedy of Jason Arday is that he was both built up and destroyed by the ruthless machinery of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). The academy made him into the golden boy of its philistine project of ‘decolonisation’ and gave not one thought to what the consequences might be if his thin story unravelled, as it inevitably would. No one can deny it now: wokeness makes false gods and real tragedies. . . This is the poison chalice of the state religion of diversity. It lays traps for the very people it celebrates. It handpicks members of ‘the oppressed’ for moral anointment and institutional gushing while leaving them open to exposure as others start to query their credentials. That’s the toxic bargain of identity politics: it builds teetering pedestals for ethnic-minority thinkers, meaning their fall from grace is often twice as fatal. And what a pedestal they made for Arday. They worshipped him as ‘the best in the world’. They beatified him as a black wunderkind whose very presence in a place like Cambridge might help to wash away its sins of whiteness. They canonised him as a living monument to ‘decolonisation’. It was precisely this, their giddy, narcissistic desire to manufacture a kind of black saviour, that made them turn a blind eye to the questionable elements of Arday’s CV and life story. They sacrificed their due diligence to the god of decolonisation. And Arday suffered. He was both poster boy and sacrificial lamb of the diversity crusade. Even as he gained from it – reaching the dizzying heights of a Cambridge professorship – he was being damned by it. The foundation of myth and sand his starry career was built on was untenable. Its collapse was a given. It is a testament to the ideological blindness of the inhabitants of our ivory towers that none of them foresaw it. . . . The Faustian ruthlessness of it all is mindblowing. . . . The media is the only institution in this entire tragic scandal that did its job properly. Journalists found a story and they told it. It was the academy and Arday’s colleagues who failed to do their jobs. Who failed to prize merit over identity, and failed to foresee the public embarrassment that would befall their falsely promoted friend. They ignored the truth – the media found it. I and others have been arguing for years that the politics of identity is a disaster for all, black and white alike. White kids are overlooked, black kids are patronised. Whites are branded ‘privileged’, blacks ‘oppressed’. Whites are seen as the beneficiaries of historic crimes who must atone for past sins, blacks as history’s perma-victims who require the gracious helping hand of the state. We are demonised or infantilised according to the accident of our race. Enough. Let our monument to Jason Arday be the restoration of the true ideal of equality. We couldn’t save Jason but we can save merit from the monstrous jaws of identity.

Jason Arday’s death is tragic. But please spare us the sanctimonious complaints that he was merely an ‘obscure’ academic who was the victim of a racist witch-hunt. The probing and questioning and exposure were entirely legitimate. Arday was plainly guilty of plagiarism. He had also made a series of fantastical claims about his life and career. He ended up being appointed as a professor at one of the world’s most august seats of learning – where his students, who had worked extremely hard to get there, were paying large fees for the privilege of being taught by him. Far from being obscure, Arday had happily engaged with the media over many years, often repeating his false claims. He appeared on numerous TV shows and guest edited Radio 4’s flagship Today programme. He even carried the Olympic torch. Moreover, he had secured a major publishing deal for his autobiography, which was set to be released in Britain and the US just as the scandal broke. By no measure was this man ‘obscure’. When a fellow academic in Plymouth began to question his credentials, Arday (or someone close to him) made a complaint to the police. When a journalist from Times Higher Education started investigating, he was subjected to a police inquiry and also received a threatening letter from the leading libel solicitors, Carter Ruck. Arday and those around him were clearly not averse to hounding others when they felt like it. It’s very possible that Arday did not have sufficient support measures in place when he was finally exposed – but that’s on others. The investigation and questions amounted to legitimate journalistic inquiry. This was never just about Arday’s fabulism. It was also about the increasingly controversial philosophy of DEI, the obsession of our political, corporate and educational institutions with pushing that philosophy, and how it might have led to someone with Arday’s subpar credentials being appointed in the first place. These are all valid questions to ask – and, by asking them, journalists are simply doing their jobs.

Universities do not exist to promote "marginalized voices." They do not exist to promulgate social engineering experiments. They do not exist to engage in social justice activism. A university exists to expand the boundaries of human knowledge, to defend truth, and to create an ecosystem for intellectual enrichment. Once a university optimizes the wrong variables, we end up with the parasitized minds that we now see populating academia, business, politics, journalism, culture, etc. The West in general and the US in particular were founded on a set of key ideals that are unique to human history. Do not presume that these ideals are the default reality. There is always a tsunami of miscreants who are working day and night to end our liberties and freedoms, and destroy these ideals. Be vigilant. Fight for our civilization. Activate your inner honey badger.

Amnesty is a very wealthy international NGO that has attempted to restrict the range of acceptable expression by smearing other organisations, which hold legally-protected beliefs and are protecting their own rights in law, as ‘anti-rights.’ None of the defamed organisations are removing rights from trans people. Women and LGB people have simply refused to give up their own rights and freedom of speech to accomodate the notion that humans can change sex. You and your ilk are the quasi-religious authoritarians here. You defame and persecute all who refuse to accept your unfalsifiable belief system, and seek to punish heretics. In another age, you’d have been among the most enthusiastic witch-hunters, and then, as now, you’d be utterly convinced of your unimpeachable rectitude.
