Impressive research by @shaneshifflett and @coulterjones on ICO scams. They analyzed 1,450 ICOs and white papers, and found 271 that had plagiarized white paper sections, faked execs, or guaranteed returns. Those 271 projects raised more than $1 billion.

It's strange to see people claiming that Bitcoin and Litecoin are dead because the price is so low at $8000 and $140 respectively. A year ago, the price was around $1800 and $30. Back then, people would have killed for today's prices! 🤔
