I thought fans of teams from cities like Chicago understood shit talk and rivalry bragging but the Sox fans seem especially soft about this loss
This weird “oh yeah?? Well…well…we suck so there!!” cope attitude from the Sox fans now is so funny and sad.

I will have more to say, but for now this is my prevailing thought:
For years, the Guardians have been carried by Jose Ramirez. He has been asked to do everything. To carry terrible rosters to the playoffs and then carry them even further.
It's poetic that in an injury-riddled down year, his teammates picked him up and got Cleveland to the playoffs while he struggled.
And with their backs against the wall, he returned the favor in three straight elimination games, capped off by his home run being the only score in a historic Game 5 victory.
An all-time moment for our GOAT.

Everyone else left us. One player took multiple hometown discounts to stay.
Jose Ramirez is Cleveland.
Great chefs cook all kinds of meals they may not eat themselves. Doesn’t make the food any less delicious. Needing an actor to love a genre because you love the genre they’re known for is a weird entitlement stance.
