South Carolina can’t control what happens abroad. But we can control what we do here at home.
@CodyForSC and I laid out how we can lower costs for families, farmers, and small businesses.
It’s time to make South Carolina more affordable.

Big 🚨⛽️ gas tax column... one drawing renewed focus on something the campaign of @AGAlanWilson has been pushing since March of this year.
Thanks to general Wilson - GOP nominee for governor of South Carolina - and @CodyForSC (Cody Simpson), the GOP nominee for agriculture commissioner, for submitting this guest column on their plans to address the crisis at the pump.

A special night in Dallas! I’ve had the privilege of standing alongside President Trump through many important moments, and tonight was another one.
He spoke about what we’ve accomplished together. Republican majorities have delivered tax cuts for working families, a more secure border, increased domestic energy production, and a focus on law and order.
Tonight was about the record, the differences between two political parties, the work still ahead, and his vision for America’s next 250 years.
Proud of our President and grateful to be part of this remarkable team.

🚨 BREAKING: President Donald J. Trump will speak on Night 1 of the first-ever RNC Midterm Convention!
Get ready to make history with us in Dallas – the Golden Age of America has just begun!

Today, the President met with America’s leading oil refiners and distributors.
The contrast they drew was clear: Democrats attack American energy, shut down refineries, drive up costs, and California is an example.
President Trump is unleashing American energy, cutting regulations, and focused on lowering prices at the pump.
America First Energy Dominance Works!

Great leadership in action! Learning from top ag states like Iowa to elevate South Carolina’s farming community is exactly what we need. Welcome back to SC! 🇺🇸🌴
What a GRAND ole time at the Iowa State Fair! 🇺🇸🌽🚜🐖
There’s nothing quite like a state fair bringing families and communities together to celebrate the farmers and producers who keep us fed and thriving.
That’s why on DAY ONE, we’re bringing YOUR South Carolina Department of Agriculture back to the State Fair. Using models like Iowa, where I was graciously hosted by Secretary @MikeNaigIA, is exactly the kind of approach I want to bring back home. I am proud of our agricultural heritage!
Iowa, it’s been a pleasure, especially seeing your WORLD FAMOUS 600lb BUTTER COW, but I’m ready to get back to God’s country, South Carolina! 🇺🇸🌙🌴🎡🐮🧈

From carpooling together, getting COVID together, working together in the EEOB and West Wing, marriages, kids, campaigning in New Hampshire for her, almost starting a podcast together, and beyond, Karoline was friend first, second, and third.
Serving as her principal deputy was an honor, but seeing a friend achieve everything God bestowed on her was the biggest blessing of all. While White House Press Secretary is the title most see her as, being there to see her be a damn good wife and mom was the best of all. Go enjoy your well-earned life, and I know you're only getting started.
The sky is the limit, my friend. God bless you. @karolineleavitt

It was great speaking at the Greenwood County Republican Party’s monthly meeting tonight on behalf of Attorney General Alan Wilson’s campaign and how to get involved in our grassroots operation. It was great hearing from Cody Simpson, our Republican nominee for Commissioner of Agriculture, and his plans for bringing South Carolina farmland back! @TeamWilsonSC @CodyForSC

Congrats to Will Scharf. A hell of a lawyer, a fighter and exactly who you want in the trenches. He’ll keep racking up wins for President Trump.
And congrats to my friend Dave Warrington. From the 2016 campaign, to defeating every attempt to keep President Trump off the ballot in 2024, to nearly 30 Supreme Court victories. When the fight mattered, Dave delivered as every Marine does.

At Senator Graham’s funeral today, @henrymcmaster told a story from the 2003 inauguration. When newly elected Senator Graham drew a bigger ovation than Fritz Hollings.
Walking down the stairs, Graham responded to the difference in applause by grabbing Hollings’ hand and raising it in respect. Classy move.
Naturally, as an SC political nerd, I had to find the clip.
