Shipping domestically(USA) you don't need a first and last name and can usually just use "current resident". We can delete all your data except billing information which you can delete/change after we've shipped your order. Our shipments/packages/Punchplates do not have any obvious bitcoin or Punchplate markings on the outside of the box or on the Plates themselves. USB's often go bad, I have a pile of them. This also required you to expose your key to your computer. Using one of these signers would be good for generating the checksum word and exporting xpubs, but the keys should be durable and offline. More options are needed for creating accounts with less trust than are required now though for sure!

My heart hurts for all those who have been affected by the rng issue with mk3's. This is absolutely devastating for those affected. All I can say is we're still very early. Most people still have enough time to slowly amass enough for a great future. Don't give up. For those of you that need new Punchplates you can use code "mk3" for 25% off of your order.
