We've never been hopeful about proprietary social media platforms, but sometimes hacking the patriarchy is about taking advantage of gaps in the system to try to build better things. These gaps we believe no longer exist on Twitter.
For a long time, Twitter was the social media where we connected the most with researchers, activists and policymakers around the world. Through # we met inspiring people. But now, it has been turned into a mechanism that promotes hate and destruction. So we choose to disconnect.
An alternative ecosystem where communities work with developers to build decentralized, smaller, curated and task-specific models that meet their needs, rather than the “one-model-for-everything” approach taken by Big Tech companies.
The G20 brings together leaders of the world's largest economies to discuss actions in the context of a crumbling global diplomacy.
Ahead of this big diplomatic event, we contribute with actionable recommendations for the G20 to support an alternative AI ecosystem.

The compost engineers’ regenerative systems are conceived in a design framework that combines: Design Justice Principles, Permaculture Design Principles, and Fungi Foundation Principles. To “train the model” it runs ancestral technologies.
