/give feedback about their orders + experience? Since when was it OK not to train your staff in conflict resolution? Since when was OK not to empower a single team member per shift to either remake food or issue a refund without calling a store "owner" for help? #CustomerService
and that if I did not leave immediately, they would CALL THE COPS. I had been a regular customer for months and had never made a complaint before. At no point during my conversations with employees did I raise my voice. Since when did it become forbidden for customers to complain
"owner" to ask for advice. After waiting an inordinate amount of time someone popped out from the back room. I indicated I could not wait any longer. They went to the back to inform the other employees. The other three came back and I was told "there is nothing we can do for you"

It seems they are allegedly washing trades today. Intensive barcoding for two hours - low volume - meaning retail investors aren't moving actively the stock today - mostly the big boys. They can't even move the share price down that much because we control most of the supply.
