Solid year for the Pads. Expected to be around .500 and made it to the offs. Maybe one year they’ll win a ring…. Just not this year. Good for the Brewers. I’ve been upset a lot about the Padres shortcomings this series but I gotta give a lot of props to Jackson Chourio. Him fouling off this 104 mph dotted on the corner is really impressive. He then laid off the slider below the zone to get to a pitch he could handle. Great player.
