Officially jumping ship. I don't expect to be back here, certainly not while Melon Husk is around. I'm CodenameJD anywhere I'd want to be found. For PokéMakers, we're here discord.gg/h2V3VzmXkD

Former Hasbro CEO bought Power Rangers recognising its potential, and had a lot of cool ideas for the franchise. He died, and nobody else running the show at Hasbro wanted anything to do with Power Rangers.

Now this is just me, but if the entire fucking world was talking about how I got on stage at a major national event and did a fucking nazi salute, and I was infamous for constantly being on the social media platform I bought, I'd deny the accusations of being a fucking nazi.

The corporate bull that means we're not currently getting any Power Rangers sucks, but I'm so happy this show had positive messages like this right at the end.

Elon Musk is out here literally showing the world that he's a nazi.

Okay, gotcha, he's the viewpoint character, that makes sense. Thanks for answering.

I'm just glad to fill the empty spot in the collection 😅

Totally valid to do it just because, but perhaps there's an interesting lore reason behind the decision.

Fair, just wondering if there's a specific reason though. I know PR better; in Time Force, Pink lead but the original Red would have, and Red is the main focus because they needed him & he had a different origin. With Alien Rangers, I believe Red was field leader.

I'm curious, if black is the leader, why is red still front and centre?

It's slightly surprising just because for 20 years every new Nintendo console was innovative, but there's nothing wrong with them acknowledging that the Switch slaps, and upgrading the spec and improving the hardware is all it needs.

Mt favourite iteration of their colours is on their smartphones, which were all designed together to give each of them a unique colour.

And when they have to carry a nearly 5 foot tall 10 year old?

I love the Valkasaurus Megazord, but it doesn't feel like enough to be a true Ultrazord.

The hinges on my original DS did come apart, but it was after years of use... and even after the plastic hinges completely broke apart, the actual cables kept the two halves together for a long time after that.

Yeah, Nintendo are definitely better than most for durability, but I think there's a little shaken confidence from the issues joycons had. But this has been in development for much longer than the Switch was, and it's iterating on the Switch design so can address those issues.

I mean... the right rail on my Switch is busted... I can no longer play with attached joycons, charge on that side, or register new right joycons. That's after years of use and all, but non-issue doesn't feel accurate. Certainly not compared to previous Nintendo hardware.
