A routine dentist visit somehow turned into a cavity, a root canal, and hours in that dreaded chair. Now I’m in bed with an ice pack, Tylenol, ibuprofen, antibiotics, and a grumbling stomach. I brush, floss, and Waterpik religiously, but I still refuse to give up Diet Coke and sour candy. Apparently, dental fragility is my family legacy.
