The ATF stopped enforcement on suppressor and short barrel registration on Oct. 9. Several states still tie your gun to that paperwork, which means skipping it can still land you in legal trouble at home.
Mississippi AG Lynn Fitch fixed it for suppressors in three days. Every AG in these states can do the same.
