Your landing page can be your MVP!!! It can validate your idea and find initial customers without coding the product. Here's how I did it and got 1744 waitlist emails in 12 days. Backstory: I was running an MVP agency from March to Dec 2024. I was spending 8-10 hours writing Project Development Documentation for every client project. So I automated the flow with 37-step make .com automation flow (used GPT4o + Claude for Different docs with detailed prompts for each step) To my surprise, It worked. Now I was saving 60% of my time. I decided to refine this idea and turn it into a SaaS product. I went to Bolt .new attached my PRD for the idea and created this landing basic page. But the important thing was, It showed glimpses of what the actual product would look like. This MVP Landing page converted amazingly. I got 400+ reposts on the thread and got 600+ emails in 24 hours. That was idea validation for me. So I bought codeguide.dev for $7 and started coding the platform. I am a huge advocate of amazing UI design. When I build, I think from a user perspective. My product should leave an amazing first impression on the user, and If I succeed in that, they'll trust the product, use it with passion, and help me refine it. It took me 14 days to code and launch @CodeGuidedev And even tho I launched on a bad day (24th Dec, Christmas time but it went great. Here's what I would suggest to you guys: 1. Create a Landing page that feels like an experience and collect emails before you even build the product. 2. Talk about your idea every day, why you are building it and who is it for. (This will find you initial users) 3. Your launch Landing Page should also be amazing "First impression is definitely the last impression." 4. Only build "Core" features in your v1. Don't confuse users with too many features. 5. Market your product aggressively. Go to all platforms, and post about it daily. 6. After the launch, spend 80% of your time on marketing and 20% on refining, debugging, and collecting feedback or v2. 7. Scale it to $10k/month and sell it for $240k on Acquire or keep on growing it if you're loving the process. I hope this helped anyone. ✨
