@amazon customer service has went off a cliff.
You no longer can speak to an American customer service rep. It's exclusively India.
Amazon confirmed they canceled my $4000 dollar order last Saturday, 20 mins after I placed it. Kept my money and sent the canceled order.
Now? I've received three emails confirming they're picking up the items and giving me my money back.
None of the above has happened, and now I keep being transferred to India call center reps.
I've literally NEVER had an issue with Amazon customer service until now. Wtf happened?
