एक ग्राहक ने SBI के कर्मचारी से लंच के समय काम करने को कहा। जब कर्मचारी ने लंच के समय का पालन किया, तो ग्राहक ने लगातार उनके साथ दुर्व्यवहार किया और कहा कि बैंकों में लंच का कोई समय नहीं होता। बैंक कर्मचारियों को सामान्यतः सुबह 10 बजे से शाम 7 बजे तक और कभी-कभी रात 8–9 बजे तक भी काम करना पड़ता है। आखिर कोई व्यक्ति बिना लंच किए पूरे दिन कैसे काम कर सकता है? ग्राहकों को भी बैंक कर्मचारियों के प्रति सहानुभूति और संवेदनशीलता दिखानी चाहिए। सरकार को भी लंच ब्रेक से जुड़े नियमों में आवश्यक बदलाव करने चाहिए, ताकि कर्मचारियों को समय पर भोजन करने का अवसर मिल सके और उनके साथ सम्मानजनक व्यवहार सुनिश्चित हो सके। @idesibanda @TarkariB
