Don't die of embarrassment, your doctor has heard and seen it all before, go and get checked! Trust me feeling a little awkward is way better than dealing with incurable Cancer. independent.co.uk/news/healt…

My New Years Resolution is simple - to ensure in 2019 @bowelcanceruk has greater impact&reach than in 2018. I am absolutely focused on helping to ensure more bowel cancers are prevented or diagnosed early so one day no one dies of this awful disease. #Beatingbowelcancertogether

If anyone is questioning the need to wear #RainbowLaces to show support to those of us who r different then below is a reason why. All I want is to be treated the same no better no worse. Many chose not to wear them & that is perfectly fine & they still support the LGBT community xitter.cf/darquante/status/10663…

Catching up with #operationlive removing a tumour from the right side of the large intestine containing a tumour. I had exactly this operation. #cockoffcancer
In order the create the space required to operate, the surgeon must first inflate the abdomen with CO2. #OperationLive

As a cancer patient, I’ve noticed that people change how they interact with you after you are diagnosed with cancer. Some people have have stepped up and helped me in ways that I will be… instagram.com/p/Bpshi5DgcoY/…

People change toward you after cancer diagnosis. Some step up,others are the same,Normaity is good, many change. Some barely speak, others look terrified. I get it,it’s hard! But,it’s the patient&family that have it hard not you! They need normal human contact.Give it to them!
