In line with current International Triathlon Union (ITU) and European Triathlon Union (ETU) recommendations, Triathlon Ireland have taken the decision to postpone all sanctioned events up to and including 30th June 2020.
Cobh Tri Club committee are appealing to ALL our members to please follow the guidelines of both the HSE and our affiliated body TRIATHLON IRELAND. Social distancing is the only way to 'flatten the curve' in this battle against the Coronavirus.
Realistically, this means running / cycling solo or maintaining the recommended 2m gap(6ft). These are unprecedented times and most of us are not used to training alone. Our behaviour will help all members of our community, the Great Island of Cobh. #SomeClubForOneClub #Orangies
As Cobh Tri Club is affiliated to TI, the following will apply for all our members:-
TI affiliated clubs have been advised to cancel club training sessions and events until March 29th.
Thanks to all members for their patience during these very unique times.
Stay safe Orangies.
Here's the link to enter Jailbreak 2020, thank you all for your patience
