Productive meeting with @PDPorts CEO Frans Caljé at their beautiful Middlesbrough HQ to discuss our concerns over South Gare, Teesworks and their future plans.
Reassuring to hear that contrary to recent reports, there are no plans of them going anywhere.
Excellent news that Muriel/Alfred St in Coatham, Redcar have been entered in the Northumbrian in Bloom Competition under the “It’s my neighbourhood” category. Good luck and well done to Sam Jackson for arranging this and to this fabulous community.

The Redcar Central Station project is moving along nicely. We’re making great strides with the internal strip-out of the 1980s additions to the engine shed, including offices and workspaces.

Alfred/Muriel Street alley in Coatham, Redcar really is a great example of what can be achieved when an area is gated and taken over by the neighbourhood. Very well done to all.

Right across Coatham Redcar the message is clear. The majority have had enough of this Tory Government and a Tory candidate who didn’t support people who needed his help. It’s time for change. ❤️🌹

A fabulous afternoon with Coastwatch Redcar who today received the Kings Award for Voluntary Services from the Lord Lieutenant @joropner1 . This award is the equivalent of an MBE which they receive for their charitable service protecting lives on our coast and is well deserved.

As in bygone days we would love to see Redcar town clock like this, lit up for Christmas and free of the bus shelters, which can be located further down West Terrace.
Merry Christmas & a Peaceful New Year to you all from Carl & Lynne.
Residents complain Jacob Young continually ignored emails on the Hydrogen Trial?
Govt was meant to decide Summer, then Autumn, then Nov. Lord Callanan says before Christmas. It’s a disgrace to leave people up in the air, angry, anxious, without any explanation as to the delay.
Something for the weekend. Enjoyed this 😂
Thank you, Tories.
