Wait, what? £312,500 (a 40% pay rise) I have read this with absolute horror. ⬇️ I sat in the Inquiry (of my son’s entirely preventable death largely due to NHS and Police failures) and watched this woman give WEAK and EVASIVE evidence, with NO ACCOUNTABILITY once again for the senior leadership failures (including hers) to manage their systems. And now she gets a reward of a 40% pay rise!!!! Whilst ICB staff who have managed to hold on to their jobs in the restructuring get 4.4% (more than half being made redundant - ironically I know first hand being an NHS staff member myself).
