How much do you do TDD? It's usually the first thing we teach teams when we help them improve, when @CoachingSamman. Not only writing tests, but how we write testable code and how we write decoupled tests is very important

Tough ensemble session today. The team is quite inexperienced with this way of working and we were using component tests for feedback. It was just too slow. We really struggled to collaborate and work out why the test crashed. The learning hour was better tho!
