This one has come in handy. Understanding someone's personality has helped me to be more understanding of behaviors the would drive me crazy.

Excellent book and a must read for all youth coaches. @LindaFlanagan2 goes over the evolution of community athletics to travel obsession and it's effects on players and parents.

When am I supposed to pee during the Super Bowl? I don’t want to miss the game, commercials, or 1/2 time.

A friend recommended this one to me after he saw @Paulmcveigh77 in Vegas. Great insight into the life of a professional athlete and lessons on how navigate your own experience.

This book @DrGaryChapman was recommended by a coach. I wish I read it at the beginning of my career. It changed the way I interact with my players, students, and family. My 17y/o saw the book and shared her love language which is the same as I. It brought us closer together.

I have read and loved the Culture Code by @DanielCoyle. This one was recommended by a student. It is concise and offers advice on how to create a strong culture. Also include pages for reflection.

Loved this book by @DarrinDonnelly. Teaching the benefits of positive thinking and self talk, the book is a narrative set in the baseball minor leagues. This was a nice break from the expository text I have been reading. Great message and great story!

Loved this one by @powellnyt. Sport can bring a community together. When the athletes are kids, it can create an intense environment for the whole team. For most, it’s the highlight of their athletic experience.

Great book by @gtmumford! Mumford uses sport as a backdrop to explain the importance of meditation and how to apply it. For me, the connection to sport made it easier for me to understand and more enjoyable.

A must read by @Coach_Reed. I never considered the impact that one word could have. This book explain which words enhance player performance and which words we need to stay away from. I'll never use the word "don't" again. Especially when playing golf.
