I honestly think a underrated part of coaching is building the relationship with the kids . You can have the best game plan ever but if you donβt take the time to build that relationship and genuinely care beyond football. You will never get the results on or off the field.
One thing Iβve learned: everybody who talks about loyalty doesnβt understand loyalty. No bitterness, just wisdom gained and lessons remembered.

As God prepares me, to usher in a new season of my life. I just want to publicly give HIM all the glory! My work has not gone unnoticed, but itβs just getting started as I get to lead the best athletic department in the state! #OneTeamOneBrandOneCastle
A year ago, I started journey. I used the money I earned coaching and when the game was on the line, I scored! I wouldnβt have had that opportunity without my former school,@WestwoodFB,@Coach_Burris and @KoachKnight. Thank you for believing in me and helping make this possible.
I personally know the kids at valley and they want to work hard and deserve a amazing coach who knows football and ALSO care about them and their future. If you still looking for a job this is a good opportunity.

Always remember loyalty is a high commodity. If you are lucky to have someone loyal to you and your goals that you hope to achieve do whatever you can to keep that person around .
