I learned to always go for quality. Whatever you do, every exercise, every run: quality. I see so many athletes just train hard without understanding what and how. Quality=priority, always. It’s a mindset and an attitude. Great champions don’t do more, they do better.
Needed to go to the police station in Kelaniya, only an 800m walk. The roads are just as busy as on normal days. It seems everybody is suddenly working for essential services.
