Synchronized movement > 500 Lb Squat Synchronized Movement > 225 lb Clean While you are chasing gains for the squat and the clean you are wrecking synchronized movement and thus inhibiting “sport performance”.

Let me do a movement eval on you. I bet you are living/moving in a front chain dominant posture compressing the spine. After assessment I’ll give you some mobility work, exercises to maintain back chain dominant behavior and decompress spine. DM me
I’m trying to relieve lower-back tightness before bed, which disrupts sleep. It’s worst after hrs of hiking/walking. So far, a massage therapist releasing the iliacus has worked best. Seems more iliacus than deep psoas, but TBD. Any suggestions for self-release or other options?

The Lady Arcs 4x100 meter relay team of Jordyn Brand, Janiah Sims, Marissa Betts and Asia Nicholson are your district champions after posting a time of 49.45. Congratulations ladies!

Single leg squat is legit training the exact behavior for ACL tear. This is NOT moving well. This is chasing strength and sacrificing movement behaviors. Sorry to be that guy but feel bad for the athlete .

For the SC community who hates still frames cuz they don’t understand movement. Left leg is a train wreck and needs addressed immediately - but naw load him up!

Too bad the squat pattern is more revered than the gait pattern and forward movement.

Proud of my dude! Only the beginning. Hard works pays off

💯💯
The longer I do this and the more data I see, the less maximum strength correlates to athletic performance or injury risk at all levels. Industry is way too focused on maximum strength!

LUUUKE . Young beast! 🦍🦍🦍
