Attending the #NFCA2024 convention this year was a different experience for me. As someone who went as a pitching instructor, not representing a school, I got to focus on learning how the game has grown and how I can support players developing their skill set...
I learned how data is helping us understand healthy pitching movement and how much investment is going into increasing the access softball players have to quality training and equipment...
I hope more youth coaches and instructors invest in their girls by investing in their knowledge and how the game is evolving. We have to prepare them for what they will have to do later in their journey, period. #softballcoach #softball #softballtraining #evolve #fastpitch
