1/5: Snow Valley 2026 🏀 School is in the books! Another coach shared a sentiment that resonated with me and that was “some players you coach and some players remind you WHY you coach.”

5/5: for letting me into your crazy family filled with fist pump variations, luggage knowledge, line shuffles at O’Hare and so much more! The memories will live on but our time together is just beginning! 🫶🏾 #SnowValley @BasketballSnow

I want to give a HUGE thank you to the Montgomery County Women in Government Planning Group for inviting me to be the keynote speaker at the 7th Annual Montgomery County Women in Government Conference! It was truly inspirational to speak to a room full of over 200+ women!

This event was so inspirational and I’m glad I was able to motivate so many women across different facets of government on how to redefine what winning means to them! The energy was electric and to be able to do this during Women’s History Month is the cherry on top! #GirlPower

Duke women’s basketball HC Kara Lawson talks about adversity her team suffered starting the season 3-9, faced 6 ranked teams. Winners of 16 straight! People called for her job. I asked her about the heated discussions. “We don’t get to determine the length of our adversity”

I can't believe that 53-point loss really changed the Aces lives to the point they went 25-3 afterwards & won a title, I have to respect that

Courtney Williams on the Lynx players willingness to cheer on teammates when they are benched “I don’t want to close no game if I’m not having a good game, you know what I’m saying? I want to win so if Tee out there hooping and she’s out playing me, the reality is I need to sit down. So we can win, it’s about we and not me… whoever out there getting it done, that’s who needs to be out there getting it done”

Also, the photo makes this even more wild. Jackie Young tracked that ball perfectly, got UP (over three people bigger than she is) and put it back. Impeccable.
