Tough people win. Good team efforts across the board for the Raiders. This is why I coach! #RunninRaiders
When athletes believe in their ability and put the work in success follows. Good week for the #RunningRaiders
Watching things like the World baseball classic, The World Cup and Olympics are one of my favorite things. Athletes playing for their country brings out a sense of Pride and Joy like we don’t usually see in professional sports. Also USA has been killing it!

These two are responsible for demolishing the school record board all year! Capped off the season with @maddie_akers5 finishing 3rd in the 800 and NEW SCHOOL RECORD and Evangeline finished 5th in the mile! Very proud. #DUBEAST

District week. The prep has been done and it’s time to put it to work. #DUBEAST

As educators why don’t we talk more about cost of school health care? Trying to cover your family cost a fortune.
Does any educators / coaches have an alternative?
Back to the Oval Office tomorrow. Excited to kick off the track season for year 10!
Maybe I am as old as these kids think.
DUBEAST CHOCOLATE MILK MILE was a success again this year! #RunninRaiders
Michael price was the boys winner at 4:53 (new record) and @maddie_akers5 broke the girls record at 6:02
Coaches don’t forget to tell your athletes you are proud of them. My athletes have 6:30am practice 80% of the year. That alone takes dedication, let them know you are proud of them.
With all the debate of D1 and XC teams being majority internationals. When you limit teams to roster sizes you take away the ability for development over years. Teams are having to get the most of their spots and simply a 20 year old international is going to help more than 18
