To our employees, we continue to negotiate in good faith with the Communications Workers of America (CWA) in the Southeast. Despite our sincere actions and bringing in a federal mediator, negotiations have made little progress. Here’s what you need to know: - Our goal is to achieve fair, competitive agreements for all employees, reflecting market pay and benefits. - Senior company representatives will meet with the union this weekend to work tirelessly towards a resolution. - CWA’s allegations of unfair labor practices have no basis in fact. We remain dedicated to serving our customers and are taking steps to ensure uninterrupted service. Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
