When you stand up in front of people and speak, you must have a clear objective.
What do you want them to know, do, or believe by the end of your message? Be specific.
Having a clear objective is the only tool you have to know if you were successful or not. Lead, don't wander.

Peer pressure is powerful. It might be the most accurate measure of day to day culture.

There are three components to purpose.
1. It has to matter to you. (No one can give you your purpose)

Discipline and winning go together.
It’s rare to see a losing team with great discipline.
Teams that have discipline win a lot.
Teams that lack discipline don’t win much.
